Before you play volleyball... ALWAYS warm up. For my warm up before practice i run two laps around the gym and do some things like jumping jacks per say to get my heart rate up and to get loose. After you warm up, STRETCH. Stretching is good because it gets your muscles loose so you dont pull anything. After you run, do jumping jacks or a differnt thing, grab a volleyball and warm up your arms; This involves throwing the ball to a partner, hitting the ball down onto the floor so it hits the wall and bounces back and you keep it going. Before every game and every practice, you should warm up your arms (helps for hitting).
